After receiving blogging guidelines from the International Olympic Committee we have revamped a few elements of my blog including the web address to remain within the rules and regulations. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I would hate to flirt with the rules....

Mark was so lucky to have plenty of space to stretch out and sleep on the flight from Singapore to Beijing.

The training facility in Singapore is at a country club. There is a driving range in view of the facility, which I like. This morning when I was riding to practice it was still dark out, but because there are lights over the course, people were playing golf still-it was 6:45am!

U.S. Swimming Olympic Trials
The U.S. Swimming Olympic Trials were held in the Quest Center in Omaha, NE. The venue was spectacular!

Swim MAC, my club team, threw a pep rally to honor those of us who made the Olympic Trials. After the party we signed autographs. I never imagined that I would be signing this one!

Hey Marky (can I call you that on your blog?) I just got your blog address and have been enjoying reading it! Love the picture of you signing the baby's butt. Tiffany wants one of those autographs but then it would be hard to throw the diaper out! Every time Andrew sees a swimmer on TV or in the paper, he asks if it is you. We are so excited for you and can't wait to cheer you on!

Hi Mark - Just found your blog and started to share with other family and friends. Danielle will probably want to send a note as she now has her own laptop.
